We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a 6 month temporary position located in Santa Ana.

This position will be working onsite. Pay $22-23 per hour

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

Will be responsible for ensuring prompt payment of all vendor invoices
Handle research, discrepancies and vendor reconciliations
Heavy data entry of invoices into the accounting systems
Handle vendor calls and maintain all vendor files

Requirements for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

High School Diploma
1+ years of AP experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent data entry skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
