Ken loves to move around outside. He is an avid cyclist, backpacker and mountain climber. He has climbed ten 14,000 foot peaks in the Western United States and has the goal to summit another 10 in the next five years!! Mt. Everest is waiting Ken.

Lorraine also has a successful Executive Coaching practice. She believes the greatest journey is the one of self-discovery. Widely traveled, her adventurous spirit includes connecting with people, a love for the outdoors, music & dancing. Meditation is part of her daily practice. “To grow, we must dig deep, face ourselves, and dance through it all!”

Jawanna (stage name “JawanniC”) grew up in Cypress, CA. She has always loved singing and performing in nightclubs in Orange County and in Los Angeles. The early years included recording an LP called “Watch out for the night stalker”. Her love of music continues today with enjoying Jazz concerts.

Joy’s love of competition, whether in sports or games, started with water skiing in the summer, then downhill in the winter, then tennis ( won a few club tourneys), and then golf (humbling!). Joy loves a good bridge match, a good movie, and is always planning her next travel adventure (gorilla trekking?), reading, listening to podcasts and, most of all, sharing time laughing with friends and family (usually with good food and wine involved)!

Juli is a proud Packers fan from Wisconsin who swapped snow boots for sandals when she moved to sunny California in search of warmer weather. When she’s not perfecting her swing on the golf course or baking something sweet in the kitchen, she’s out exploring with her loyal sidekick, Jonah. Scuba certified and always chasing her next tropical dive, Juli lives for adventure and trying new things.
