We are currently seeking a Payroll Manager for a direct hire opportunity. Must have ADP Workforce Now experience.

Pay $125,000 to $130,000

Responsibilities for the Payroll Manager:

  • Will be responsible for processing payroll for 1500 EE for multiple locations/states
  • Must have heavy payroll auditing experience
  • Will manage and oversee the full cycle payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the payroll
  • Must have strong understanding of multi-state payroll, state regulations, meal premiums and overtime rules 
  • Will develop, implement and maintain payroll policies, procedures and ensure best practices
  • Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurately, including taxes, deductions and benefits
  • Will oversee and lead the payroll team and provide training and guidance

Requirements for the Payroll Manager:

  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of full cycle payroll processing
  • Must have ADP WFN experience
  • Proficient in Excel – vlookup and pivot tables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
