We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for a direct hire opportunity located in Irvine. This position will be working onsite.

$60,000 to $67,000

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for processing payroll for 50+ employees
Union/Non-union and certified payroll
Responsible for new hires, terminations, garnishments and deductions
Reconcile, audit and ensure coding accurate for employee billings
HR duties including setting up and removing employees from system
Assist with setting up health insurance and 401K enrollment set-up

Payroll Specialist Requirements:

3+ years experience with union/non-union, certified payroll
Sage 300 required
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Construction industry experience
