Job Title: FP&A Manager

Location: Vernon 

Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Salary Range: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Bonus: Up to 10%

Role Overview: The FP&A Manager will be a key player in our finance department, responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis activities. This role does not initially involve direct reports, offering an opportunity for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to step into a managerial position. The hybrid work model allows for a flexible and collaborative environment.


  • Lead the budgeting process, working closely with various departments to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct financial modeling, including margin analysis, payback analysis, IRR, and NPV, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of technical accounting principles and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with executive leadership to support overall business objectives.
  • Foster a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve collective goals.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of [3] years of experience in financial analysis, with at least [1] years in a manufacturing company.
  • Proven experience in budgeting processes, demonstrating strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, including advanced skills in Excel.
  • Basic technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Personable and approachable, contributing to a positive team culture.
