Staff Accountant

Location: South Orange County (Onsite)

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000

 

We’re seeking a Staff Accountant with 3+ years of experience to join a growing team in South Orange County. This is a full-time onsite role with a strong focus on Excel and general accounting duties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Record routine journal entries with full documentation
• Complete account reconciliations, including cash and bank accounts
• Reconcile monthly P&L and perform bank reconciliations
• Review AP and AR postings to ensure proper coding and identify needed accruals or reclassifications
• Assist with the yearly inventory counts at branch locations
• Prepare various cash audits
• Support month-end close process

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables)
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills
• Highly organized and a strong team player
