About the Company:

We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant for a direct hire opportunity located in Irvine. This will be a hybrid role, 4 days in office, remote one day. Position is paying up to $70,000 plus benefits. Great opportunity for a degreed accountant with 3 years of hands-on GL experience that is looking for a company to learn and grow with.

About the Role:

Staff Accountant Duties:

Will be responsible for handling the ACH and wire transfers
Bank reconciliations
Monthly journal entries and assisting with the monthly close process
Accounts payable, including processing invoices and vendor management

Responsibilities:

BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
3 years of hands-on GL experience
Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)
Strong verbal and written communication skill
Strong attention to detail and highly motivated
Good understanding of technology

Pay range and compensation package:

Position is paying up to $70,000 plus benefits
