Risk Management Analyst (Contract)
Pay rate: 31 per hour
Location: On site – Long Beach 
Contract role

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk Manager with insurance compliance for leases, permits, and contracts

• Review agreements to determine required insurance and indemnification provisions

• Review insurance policies, certificates, and endorsements for compliance

• Draft routine and non-routine correspondence related to insurance matters

• Monitor insurance carrier ratings, deductibles, and self-insured retentions

• Maintain insurance and tenant information in the risk management system

• Prepare monthly insurance expiration reports and follow-up correspondence

• Coordinate with internal departments, tenants, and insurance brokers

• Assist with risk exposure analysis and special projects

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing contracts, leases, or insurance compliance documents

• Knowledge of insurance coverage and risk management principles

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
