We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Administrator for a temporary role for our client up in the San Gabriel Valley area. This position will be working onsite.
Pay up to $27.00 per hour
Key Duties for the Project Coordinator/Administrator:
- Review the completeness and accuracy of job closing packages to ensure compliance with internal standards
- Perform cost and budget analysis of projects
- Prepare cost summaries for work orders pending closure
- Handle journal entries for finalizing closed work orders
- Generate final cost statements for completed new business projects
Key Requirements for the Project Coordinator/Administrator:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably in utilities or construction industries
- Proficiency in Excel (vlookup/pivot tables) and any large ERP system like SAP
- Ability to interpret technical construction documents such as as-built drawings
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
