We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Administrator for a temporary role for our client up in the San Gabriel Valley area. This position will be working onsite. 

Pay up to $27.00 per hour

Key Duties for the Project Coordinator/Administrator:

  • Review the completeness and accuracy of job closing packages to ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Perform cost and budget analysis of projects
  • Prepare cost summaries for work orders pending closure
  • Handle journal entries for finalizing closed work orders 
  • Generate final cost statements for completed new business projects

Key Requirements for the Project Coordinator/Administrator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably in utilities or construction industries
  • Proficiency in Excel (vlookup/pivot tables) and any large ERP system like SAP
  • Ability to interpret technical construction documents such as as-built drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
