We are currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for a temporary role with our client located near the Irvine Spectrum.  Could go temp to hire.  

Must have construction industry experience. 

Position will be working onsite. Pay $30-35 per hour.

Key Duties for the Construction Project Coordinator:

  • Will track reports for all assigned project 
  • Will develop and review status reports across all jobs
  • Review the in-house reports to determine the upcoming workloads
  • Coordinate project scheduling, subcontractor communication and administrative task
  • Track project milestones and deadlines for interior and exterior renovations, including unit interiors, landscaping, fencing, roofing and window replacements
  • Familiarity with contract administration and project billing 

Key Requirements for the Construction Project Coordinator:

  • 3+ years of construction industry experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)
  • Sage 300/Timberline and MS Project experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
