Payroll Specialist – Full-Cycle Payroll – Direct Hire
Location: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $70,000 to $75,000
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

A stable company in Santa Ana is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. This is a full-time onsite role focused on full-cycle payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run full-cycle weekly payroll for about 160 employees

• Ensure accurate data entry, processing, and compliance with payroll laws

• Handle garnishments, tax withholdings, and reporting

• Assist with the transition and setup in Paycom payroll system

• Support HR and accounting teams during changes and cross-training

What You Need:

• 3+ years of strong experience processing full-cycle payroll independently

• Paycom experience highly preferred

• Familiarity with California payroll regulations

• Certified/prevailing wage or union payroll experience is a plus (not required – client will train)

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
