Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Support Clerk to assist our payroll department with data entry, document scanning, and filing. This is a temporary position designed to provide support during a busy period. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter payroll data into the payroll system accurately and timely.
  • Assist with scanning and organizing payroll-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate filing of payroll records and ensure documents are properly archived.
  • Support the payroll department with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times.
  • Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in payroll or administrative support is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.

 

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some college coursework in accounting, business, or related field is a plus.

 

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • Temporary duration (exact dates to be confirmed).
