Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Support Clerk to assist our payroll department with data entry, document scanning, and filing. This is a temporary position designed to provide support during a busy period. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter payroll data into the payroll system accurately and timely.
- Assist with scanning and organizing payroll-related documents.
- Maintain accurate filing of payroll records and ensure documents are properly archived.
- Support the payroll department with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times.
- Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in payroll or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college coursework in accounting, business, or related field is a plus.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
