We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 3-6 month temporary need. This position will be working onsite Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.
Pay $26-27 per hour
Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:
Will be responsible for processing full cycle AP
Responsible for the 2-3way matching and purchase orders
Handle the vendor management, research and discrepancies
Vendor reconciliations and monthly AP accruals
Review invoices for accuracy and submit for approvals
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
3-5 years of full cycle AP processing experience
Strong Excel skills, including Vlookup/pivot tables

Position Overview:
Title: Bookkeeper/Office Administrator
Type: Direct-Hire
Schedule: In-office, Monday through Friday (8 AM – 5 PM, with flexible start times)
Salary: $$85,000
Reporting to: Owner
Team Size: Small office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping (65%):
Track income and expenses, process payments, and manage invoices.
Enter financial data into the General Ledger and update the Trial Balance.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations.
Manage contractor insurance, collect W9s, and issue 1099s.
Liaise with external CPA firm for accounting support.
Certified payroll experience preferred but not required.
Payroll:
Enter employee time for 14 staff members, with payroll processing outsourced (future plans to bring in-house).
Administrative Support:
Manage office insurance renewals and audits.
Answer phones, handle mail, and manage office supplies.
Ensure the office remains stocked with snacks.
Top Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
Proficiency in AP, AR, and account reconciliation.
Experience managing insurance, contractor paperwork, and payroll systems.
Knowledge of Foundation software (training provided).
