Job Title: Corporate Trainer

Location: In Person

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000

Position Summary:

The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on the staffing and recruitment industry. This role requires experience in full-cycle recruiting, applicant tracking systems (preferably Bullhorn), and a strong understanding of the staffing business model. The Corporate Trainer will work closely with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to enhance team performance through structured learning programs, process optimization, and industry best practices.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Training Program Development & Delivery:
  • Develop and implement training programs covering full-cycle recruiting, applicant tracking system (ATS) usage, Sales, client management, compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Provide Bullhorn ATS training and ensure proper adoption and utilization.
  • Provide Company Focused Sales Training
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions for new and experienced recruiters.
  • Process Optimization & Knowledge Enhancement:
  • Train teams on workflow efficiency, candidate engagement strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on staffing industry trends and integrate relevant insights into training materials.
  • Develop and maintain instructional materials, including guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Onboarding & Continuous Learning:
  • Oversee onboarding programs for new recruiters and staffing professionals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and refresher courses to improve recruiter effectiveness and industry knowledge.
  • Evaluate recruiter performance and identify areas for skill development.
  • Performance Measurement & Improvement:
  • Assess training effectiveness through KPI analysis, recruiter success rates, and feedback.
  • Adapt training strategies based on business needs, industry changes, and company goals.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

  • Staffing Industry Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as a recruiter, staffing coordinator, or in a related role.
  • ATS Expertise: Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn preferred).
  • Strong Knowledge of the Staffing Business Model: Understanding of temporary, contract, and direct hire placements.
  • Training & Development Experience: Prior experience in training, coaching, or instructional design is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to engage, instruct, and motivate teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ATS, CRM, HR tech, and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to track training outcomes and improve programs accordingly.

 

Working Conditions:

 

  • Office-based or hybrid work environment.
  • May require travel for onsite training sessions, depending on business needs.
