Pay up to $150,000 per year

Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Own month end and year end close, including financial statements and reconciliations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tied to business drivers
• Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategy, pricing, and growth decisions
• Oversee general ledger, accounting operations, and internal controls
• Partner with operations and leadership to translate financial results into action

Requirements for the Controller:

• 5 plus years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in a service based or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and business fundamentals
• Hands on experience with accounting systems and Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence decisions across the business
