Payroll Specialist
We are currently seeking a Certified Payroll Specialist for a 3-6 month temporary need for our client located in Upland.
Must have strong certified payroll experience and experience working with LCPtracker and DIR uploads.
Pay $45-50 per hour and will be working onsite
Key Responsibilities for the Certified Payroll Specialist:
- Will be responsible for handling the certified payroll, compliance and reporting
- Responsible for entering and uploading payroll data into third-party compliance systems (LCPtracker, eMars)
- Handling the third party compliance, logging into the systems and working with the general contractors as needed for requirement information
- Processing the weekly prevailing wage/certified payroll and ensuring compliance
- Responsible for handling the backup and cleaning up the historical data to ensuring compliance
Key Requirements for the Certified Payroll Specialist:
- 3+ year of certified/prevailing wage payroll experience
- Experience with LPCtracker, eMars and UKG
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Strong understanding of the prevailing wage/certified payroll compliance
