About the Company:

We are currently seeking an Full Charge Bookkeeper for our client located in Anaheim. This position will be working onsite.

 

Pay is up to $80,000 per year, plus benefits

 

About the Role:

Full Charge Bookkeeper Duties:

  • Will oversee and mentor a staff of 3
  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities
  • Responsible for the monthly journal entries
  • Handle the bank reconciliations
  • Balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations
  • Will prepare the monthly financial statements
  • Sales and use taxes and business property tax filings
  • Prepare the yearly budgets

 

Qualifications:

Full Charge Bookkeeper Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of full cycle GL accounting experience
  • Experience with supervising accounting team
  • Experience with Oracle or any large ERP system
  • Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
