Benefits Manager Position Available in the Retail Industry

Our client is seeking a skilled Benefits Manager to oversee and administer their comprehensive employee benefits program. This pivotal role reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and offers a competitive salary up to $115,000

Job Overview:

  • Benefits Management: The successful candidate will manage all facets of employee benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and employee assistance programs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: They will ensure all benefits practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and will coordinate with the benefit broker to manage these programs effectively.
  • Employee Support: The Benefits Manager will offer exceptional support to employees, assisting with benefits inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years' experience with ADP Workforce Now and in benefits management.
  • Thorough knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with HR databases and software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage stress effectively, and adapt to changing deadlines.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a fast-paced role that may involve occasional travel for quarterly on-site visits and the flexibility to work beyond normal office hours when needed.
