Our client, a well-established trucking company in Riverside, is seeking a Billing Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join their small but dynamic team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a close-knit setting.

Responsibilities:

• Process and generate accurate customer invoices for freight and logistics services
• Verify billing details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments
• Communicate with clients, drivers, and internal teams to streamline the billing process
• Maintain records, reconcile accounts, and support month-end closing
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of billing experience, preferably in trucking, logistics, or a similar industry
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with billing software and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency a plus)
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a small team setting
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
