We are currently seeking an AR Specialist for a position located in Brea. This is a temp to hire position.  

This position will be working onsite. Hours are 7am to 4pm.

Pay is $27 to $28 per hour

AR Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for managing the AR aging
  • Identify any overdue payments and make collection calls
  • Handle collections via phone or email correspondence
  • Work closely with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate records on all collections
  • Handle any research and discrepancies
  • Document all collections activity under the client files
  • Daily cash applications
  • Credit card reconciliations

AR Specialist Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of AR business to business collections
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excel skills, including formulas and spreadsheets
  • Cash posting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
