We are currently seeking an AP Specialist for our client located in Brea. This position will be working onsite. 

Key Duties for the AP Specialist:

  • Responsible for processing the AP invoices, including 2/3-way matching and purchase orders
  • Entering the invoices in the Great Plains accounting system
  • Set up the vendor files and maintain the records
  • Handle the vendor management, research and discrepancies
  • Print the aging reports to verify payment dates

Key Requirements for the AP Specialist:

  • 2+ years of full cycle AP processing experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task
