Position: Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – Torrance, CA
Monday – Friday 
Flexible start times 6am and after
Pay rate: $30.00 and up / DOE

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our growing team. This role supports a business unit providing third-party logistics services to external clients, focusing on managing accounts, resolving outstanding balances, and improving AR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
• Research discrepancies, chargebacks, and short payments
• Resolve customer inquiries and internal AR issues
• Review and release orders on credit hold
• Process debit and credit memos
• Assist with month-end close and audits
• Train new team members and support AR team initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of AR experience, including credit and collections
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• ERP experience (Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
