Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary)
Long term up to 6 months 

Hybrid after 60 days
Pay $26–$27/hr

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary role near Glendora with a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables), and familiarity with JD Edwards (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile invoices and statements, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, freight, discounts, and account distribution

• Process journal entries, purchase orders, and vouchers into the appropriate systems

• Analyze vendor accounts and resolve issues in a professional manner

• Handle inquiries from vendors and employees as needed

• Process checks for all subsidiaries in a timely manner

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including sales/use tax and 1099s

• Ensure accuracy in maintaining the company’s address book

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience

• Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

• JD Edwards experience is preferred

• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
