  • DIRECT HIRE Opportunity for an experienced Billing Clerk for a well-established technology company in Orange County.
    The Billing Clerk will report directly to the Accounting Manager.

    Billing Clerk

    Responsibilities for the Billing Clerk:
    • Responsible for generating accurate and timely customer invoices
    • Will generate invoices, process returns and credit memos, and invoice adjustments
    • Handle all billing inquires, calculate freight quotes
    • Manage and follow up on sales orders
    • Assist with commissions and generating sales reports
    Requirements for the Billing Clerk:
    • AA or BA degree in accounting or finance desired
    • 1-2 years of recent billing experience
    • Intermediate Excel skills
    • Experience with Great Plains/MS Dynamics is a plus
